Deposit Policy

Unless otherwise agreed with management – a 50% deposit is required to ensure a firm booking and the balance to be paid before or on checking in.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be done in writing.
In terms of Chapter 2, Section 1 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, Crocodilian Hotel is committed to best practice and as such
has aligned its refunds policy to be in line with the Consumer Protection Act, (Section 17, subsection 3 (b); 4 (a-d)
Should I, the guest, my company, or the booking agent wish to cancel my / the reservation(s), the following will apply:
1. If cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival – No charge
2. 29 – 14 days prior to arrival – 25% of the booking amount
3. 13 – 8 days prior to arrival – 50% of the booking amount
4.  If cancelled 7 – 4 days prior to arrival – of the booking amount —  75% of the total booking amount will be payable
5. If cancelled LESS than 3 working days or NO SHOW – 100% of the total booking amount will be payable.
